Website Design - Joomla

Looking for a fairly quick turnaround on completing a Joomla project. The site is about 80% done, and needs to be completed. The completed site will work in a manner similar to most online dating sites, but will focus on matching up pet owners. Exact details and written specifications will be provided to qualified bidders along with Administrator login to the existing Joomla application. Most of the required functionality will focus on a "Filter" type of search function based on user inputs, including Key Word Search and Zip Code proximity search. (Zip code database will be provided) Looking for excellent design and UI skills. A portfolio of completed projects in Joomla a plus. (General guidelines, copy and detailed specifications provided to qualified bidders.) 1. Custom design and configuration of the Joomla site. 2. Joomla and database is already set up on the web host. 3. Configure according to a simple spec 4. Maintain consistency of design elements throughout the site. 5. Test and load balance on server if necessary 6. Free fixes of any bugs 7. Provide documentation of settings and configuration files 8. Willing to use our existing project mgt system on Basecamp ([login to view URL] ) 9. Excellent design and UI skills required (Am open to other solutions, such as Drupal, Dolphin etc. if the bidder can complete according to the spec.)
