Dessert Creations - PSD to xhtml/css + flash gallery

Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone to make an xhtml/css website out of my psd design. I've added an attachment so you know what it looks like. *** The Design 2 languages, but you have to just create the site once and I'll rename and relink the pages for the second language. 4 pages: home, about us, pictures and contact - home : text and a picture - about us: text and some pictures - pictures: integration of lightbox 2 (flash gallery - [login to view URL]) - contact: email form (like: [login to view URL] - but ofcourse modified to website colors, like seen in the psd file) *** The requirements I'd like easy edit-ability with explanations in the css/xml files if possible Quick loading, lightweight website Professional approach from the bidders I will send the full psd with 4 pages separated in different layers once I get a winning bid.
