WordPress Template Adjusted

I have a Wordpress template that I have purchased, it is running on my server. I have done some customizing to the template but need a few more items done. Here is the list of items I would need tended to: 1) The navigation for all of the pages in at the top with the exception of the homepage, I'd like the navigation moved to the top on the homepage. 2) I'd like the header/slide show image box set to a different size and moved up. Also, I'd like to be shown where to upload the new slides so I can keep those current. 3) The homepage I need some spacing added between the two columns. 4) The footer of the page I would like to be reduced in size and some of the content removed. 5) I'd like a background graphic I have created to be added to the outside of the table of the website. This would NOT be in the website content area but rather outside in the area of blank space where people with different resolutions see outside of the table. 6) I'd like instruction on how to remove a column on one of the pages. 7) I'd like instruction on how to make one of the navigation link to a different web page. I have several years experience in web development and web design so have a general understanding of wordpress but fine tuning some of these items I need help with. I don't anticipate for someone who is an expert at wordpress would take more than 1-2 hours max so please consider that when placing your bids. My budget max for this project is $100.
