Need a wordpress developer to make a custom theme, you should have experience in both front end and backend. Please don't bid if you are not expert. Hourly Budget is 100 INR per hour, and should work for another 1 month on our project, working hours - 9am to 5pm IST. Note: you should use wordpress default theme to build, you have to use custom html & PHP template, along with bootstrap. other extra plugins or external themes not allowed.
