Hire a virtual assistant

Hi, I'm opening up a company to provide Wordpress, SEO,content writing and translation services. I want to outsource the projects to three team freelancers. Therefore, I need a virtual assistant to help me select three top teams on this site that provide the services I mentioned. The teams should provide best services with high quality and low cost.(cost effective).I need the virtual assistant to compile the information into an excel or word file, listing the name of the team freelancers, contact info, website,services, pricing etc. the more details, the better. for example, don't just tell me the pricing for web development, you should elaborate more details such as what framework?PHP, Wordpress, Opencart, Codeigniter? for SEO, you should tell me the on page and off page SEO, Google Adwords ,backlinks etc. Please keep in mind, when you are providing me the info, think of me as a client who has no knowledge or little knowledge about WP, SEO,CW and Translation.
