Hello theme with elementor pro — CSS, AJAX menu, Quick View, custom coding

Before we begin, you must have extensive experience with ELEMNTOR PRO with the Hello theme. And you have to show me a website you’ve created with elementor pro. I’m looking to create a shop page for my woocommerce restaurant online ordering website. Under the header should be displayed a “menu of all categories”. In full width of screen. Not a side bar. And especially in mobile; it needs to be responsive. The menu should contain the categories of WooCommerce as an AJAX menu, when you click on a category it should generate that category’s products in the page. The menu should be “sticky”. The menu should be one line, and “sliding”, you can slide (/swipe left) to see more categories. (See picture attached) That’s part one. Then I want the products to only open as “quick view”, meaning; when you click on a product it should not direct URL to product page, but “only open as a popup”, as if you clicked the “click view button”.
