Wordpress Affiliate customization

I request a skilled programmer with wordpress experience to customise my wp 2.5 blog. Essentially the blog will be an affiliate driven travel niche site with the ability to upload images and videos to each category that members can reviews and add comments. Also I require a members area created where the member can upload comments,pictures and videos of their holidays. In addition I require google map to be inserted alongside the hotel/area that is being described.
