I actually did try doing on some of the attachments you provided. It is not a simple copy-and-paste but I know how to do it properly, correctly and presentable.
As an engineer, I can see balance, symmetry and other aspects necessary for a good presentation and format following the Employer requirement.
As a professional Civil Engineer, MS Word has been my tool at work, such as writing Bid Documents, Procedures, Specifications, Contracts, Claims, Memoranda of Agreement, Terms of Reference, Construction Methodology, Deeds, Affidavits and other documentations. My work strictly required proper grammar and format in its documentations.
Even if I am a beginner in Freelancer.com, I recently retired from my Engineering job; hence I have the time available for this project to deliver in three days or less.
