An IPTV network model has to be simulated using Opnet, over two access technologies (ADSL2+ and LTE) in order to make a comparison of network performance between the two.
The freelancer needs to come up with a possible solution for the topology needed.
Along with the simulations, a report has to be included with the method, logical diagram, explanation, assumptions, settings, results etc.
