Need to have an excel sheet turned into an app that will be cloud or server based. The excel sheet is a quality assurance inspection form that records deficiencies, we use the form to document 10 forms a day. We would like the daily total number of deficiencies to be added up weekly, monthly quarterly and annually. Additionally we want our employees to get a cop of the form.
