Duplicate Link Eraser

I need a program that eliminates duplicate ‘Internet Shortcut’ Links. The process starts with a folder named ‘Input’ that will contain a number of ‘Internet Shortcut’ Links. The program will compare each of the links to see if they have the same URL. There will be a second folder called output. This is where the final ‘Internet Shortcut’ Links will go. No duplicates will go in this folder. Duplicates found in ‘Input’ will not be found in the ‘Output’ folder. • Should not require internet connection, unless necessary • Links in Output folder should still be operational
