Configuration of Plesk on a windows server

I need someone who has experience in Plesk 8.3 for Windows to configure some aspects of Plesk on my server that are currently not functioning. 1. Mail Server 2. PHP Support 3. MySql Database Plesk has been setup on a windows 2003 server that can be remotely accessed, however the above functions have not been configured properly. For someone who knows how this is quick money. Please only qualified applicants bid. Someone who has dealt with this or knows about server administration will be required.
