Choose, setup and configure dedicated server

I need to find someone to find and setup and configure a dedicated server for me, i don't know whether windows or Linux is the way to go, the contractors job will be to pick one and setup and configure it with all necessary tools and software needed. all this will be in your bid, if you software is free then that fine, please place your bid according to what it will cost me for finding setting it up and configuring it. i need it to be a mail server, web server, and audio and video server as well. i need the provider to pick and choose what they think is best for what i need. any questions please ask before placing bid.
