Hi, The specs of the hardware is really depends on the number of users that its going to be support and the redednacy topology we use to failover. if you are looking for a standard\basic setup you must have below configurations with single hardware Virtualization Hardware server : intel xeon processor with 3.5 Ghz , 4 TB datastorage , minimum 32 GB RAM . HP DL380 Gen 9 or Dell power edge 630 recommended Virtualization technology : I would recommend to go with Vmware or Citrix you need to have 5 virtual machines to setup everything . 1. active directory - 1 Vcpu , 2 GB RAM , 50 GB HDD 2. Exchange - 2 Vpu, 8 GB RAM , 200 - 500 GB HDD ( depends on the number of mailboxes,mail flow and Full backup interval) 3. PGP - 1 cpu, 4 GB RAM , 100 GB HDD 4.
