web quiz game tournament for multiple teams

I want to create a web game tournament hosted on a website dedicated to multiple teams with a series of puzzles / enigmas / that must be answered after watching videos, images and text. Very simple and minimal in the UX/UI. The main feature would be having different teams connected simultaneously with a separate and dedicated link accessible after a countdown at a certain date/time. During the game every team member must be able to insert the answer and when the right answer is submitted the whole team moves to the next page / question. Every team has a maximum of 2 tips / clues per game with a time penalty or can skip the whole question with another penalty. At the end of the game a final ranking is published with total time of completion, including penalties.
