Small Woocommerce shop set up

I need someone with Woocommerce experience to make the necessary set up for a woocommerce shop for a small business located in Romania. Basically I need to connect WC with our payment gateway (we have a dedicated plugin for this, I will provide the needed keys and you have to set it up) and to connect the shop with a national courier in Eastern Europe. The second task could take more effort, we have a plugin that will connect WC to that courier, but I need you to also set up WC so that people will be able to choose the shiping county and city in Romania from a list (I will provide you a list of them & you have to set it so that people will be able to choose their county and have the list of localities in that county automatically displayed in a cities drop down list).
