Hi all, we need an experienced website designer and developer for the website design and development of our upcoming luxury residence project. The website will be coded in PHP & HTML. And we will agree on a fixed rate, not hourly. The website will be a single page website but like a PİLL. The user will consume it, get all the necessary information without getting bored. He will be engaged with the page, the buttons to reach to the company will be click away, very easy to access for the user. We are not a startup company so we are not looking for a ready-fast, easy made classic websites. Our logo consists colors of Black, gold and silver so we are looking at a black theme, luxury, elegant feeling website. We will have sections like but not limited to Slider Apartments More than a home (Amenities) Gallery Location Who we are Construction Progress If I have to give an example to a single page website for a residence project I can give Emaar's website [login to view URL] Emaar is a property development company but for their each project, they create a single landing page. [login to view URL] Our concept, branding, colors etc. is way different than Emaar's. The link is just to give an idea. Some of the other websites we liked. There are not one page websites and the 3rd one doesn’t have the same purpose as our website but we like the general look of all of them.
