487235 Webcam Video and audio record

Hi we want a project that almost seems Facebook Video record . And we want something more; - System should have membership and membership control. (user registration via e-mail , user can add/change avatar and pasword. e.t.c.) - All member can be record video via webcam and users can share videos. - All video can be share all fameus social system with addthis button. (facebook, twitter, e-mail, e.t.c) - All video should list at the gallery page, and all video must have unique shot address. - al system should work with RED5 system.
