Website Generating 35-40$/day from Google Adsense

Please read the following terms and conditions before bidding for the project. Project Description: I'm looking for a very experienced professional,expert Google Adsense website developer who can create an Adsense site that must generate $35 to $40 USD per day. I am not looking for just a website with a Google Adsense account which will give income for 1 month, but I am looking for a website which will generate income for more than 2 years. My website must be fully operational and online generating the minimum required amount of cash for me daily with no intervention on my part. All practices must maintain my account in good standing with Google. Terms: - Write the SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the website as needed to continue generating the minimum amount I require for at least 2 years. - Only WHITE HAT SEO Techniques. - You MUST follow Google Adsense rules and regulations. - Website/Adsense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. No bots, automated or traffic exchanges, traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat or Grey Hat techniques. - Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic to the site or generate clicks on website. - No Pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by Adsense rules - The site must generate income for the long term with AT LEAST $35 to $40 USD per day. - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads - Unique 100% organic traffic through search engines (no bots or traffic buy sites) - Must Be Adsense optimized - Should be able to add Google Analytics to the site. Please only reply if you have prior experience with such a website, as 100% of the payment will only be released once this income has been proven for at least 45 days and once the first check from Google Adsense of minimum $1000 USD has been received. I will fully pay the amount of bid ONLY AFTER: - All terms have been met successfully. - I see constant income in my Adsense account. - I receive my first payment. I WILL PROVIDE: 1) REGISTRATION OF DOMAIN NAME BASED ON YOUR SUGGESTIONS. 2) HOSTING FOR THE SITE *I WOULD PREFER IF YOU USE WORDPRESS* The bidder should consider the following points: - Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website. I should be earning daily without any work from my side - Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created and are profitable. Traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within Adsense TERMS OF SERVICE. TRAFFIC AND CLICKS MUST BE WHITE-HAT ONLY! I AM ONLY INTERESTED IN SOMEONE WHO CAN PROVIDE ME WITH GENUINE WORK WITHOUT ANY FORM OF FRAUD INVOLVED. ONLY PROFESSIONALS SHOULD APPLY, AND SHOULD READ CAREFULLY ALL THE TERMS BEFORE BIDDING.
