Travel Reservation Site

We are looking for someone to design & build an online travel booking site targeted for corporates with features similar to those of any standard trip/hotel booking site like search, booking, customer details entry screen, admin view, invoice generation, ability to upload photos / videos, coupon code etc. Site can be logically divided into 3 modules like user, customer representative and admin view, should have easy to use CMS and interactive with fonts & look/feel similar to sites like Groupon, Basecamp / Shopify. I am looking for candidates to have: - Strong experience in building interactive UI based websites - Expert in ruby on rails, twitter bootstrap or similar frameworks, AJAX, web services - Has developed / implemented projects starting from inception to production - Is open for collaborations & suggestions. Should be ready to expect changes after the initial design to accommodate business Users feedback. We are also looking for long term partnership to develop / add new features as we grow. Site should be services based which can be extended to mobile apps w/o much change. So, we are hoping consultants can share details on UI / Db design, language to be used, caching mechanisms with estimates timelines. References or client testimonials will be very helpful.
