Joomla_customization

I have websites template (Joomla 1.5) which I bought and I generally like it but I need work to customize this template. I give you things what do I need to be done: 1. I don't like top menu. I want to change it. 2. I want to change colors in template. 3. I want to make several standard page as compare plans and so on. 4. I need to fill all the content with the images. 5. I need some banners to be made 6. I need to prepare several API and also to enter several plugins. 7. Others services. work period (project time): 2 weeks works time limit: 50 hours I'm waiting for lowest price offer.
