3 websites needed - Top WP designer needed

I need 3 websites created. Brilliant graphic design and programming company needed. Our priority is working with a knowledgeable team that responds to questions FAST! You need to create clean code that has been optimized properly (W3C etc). All codes will be reviewed by a third party and revision of designs may be necessary (I'm sure you do this already). SITE number 1: The first site is a 'free offer' page and will not require much work SITE number 2: This will be a WP site with a blog as the home page with static pages. This will require 6 pages and the blog. Top design needed here (you must know about 'conversion designs'). Logo will also need to be designed. SITE number 3: This will be a more complicated site for which we require your review and pricing. Samples of what we are looking for will be provided in the PMB after an NDA has been signed. 4th requirement is a twitter page design for each of the above sites along with small banner designs, nothing too fancy.
