I'm looking for striking Web-2.0-style design & implementation. Your design must be attractive, eye catching and unique! To bid on this project you must provide a mockup of your concept. Main picture: Banner/key picture must incorporate three elements: Professionals (Doctors, Lawyers, etc), Internet, Local map (see attachment for details). Home page will be used as splash-screen with menu only Technical Requirements ======================= � HTML/CSS only. � No Flash - Menu change on mouse over � Clean W3C compliant HTML with CSS and DIVs instead of tables. � Displays correctly on IE 6.0 and 7.0, Firefox 1.5 and 2.0 � SEO friendly using white hat techniques only.
