manipulate 100 photos

I make nail polishes to sell on etsy. However, I have the fattest ugliest nails :-) I usually send my nail polishes to people to make swatches. However, many of them don't make the swatches or I have to ask them continously to make the swatches and when they do its a month from the date their receive the polishes. I need someone to manipulate my nails and fingers to look good enough for me to use my own swatches. the first photo is of my nail. Yes I did say my nails or not cute :-) Second photo is of a swatch that i would like my nails to look similar to . I dont need anything fancy or high tech just presentable. to win this bid i need you to make a sample photo of my nails manipulated. It's 100% your choose, u can make my nails longer and curve or skinny my fingers skinner etc... just make the swatch look worthy of being a photo i can use to sell my products. I dont want the photos to look photoshop. lowest price with best sample wins. I know this project is weird but I just tired of giving away free nail polishes to girls that give me a hard time to get swatches. thanks
