61212 Graphic for eBay Auctions

This should be a quick project for those of you who are adept with PSP or Adobe. I need a header graphic created for my auctions. Here is a general idea of what graphic should look like 1. Around 600 pixels in width and 75 pixels in height 2. The word "Frosted Films" should be at center of image. Font should be a very light blue, and appear to have white icicles hanging from the letters. 3. Right side should have an image of a film reel with icicles hanging from it 4. The left side should have an image of a DVD disk with icicles hanging from it. 5. File size should be as small as possible. Format should be either JPEG or GIF Half of Escrow sent upon project acceptance, and other half sent/released upon successful project completion. Only bids with mockups accepted.
