I've been a web developer for over 7 years specialising in the Django and .NET frameworks but I've also developed several applications in Node.js including one for Microsoft. I've recently architected and built a Django platform which receives between 1.2M and 10M a day. Out of your list of required technologies, I use all of them on a daily basis except Heroku which I've been using for personal projects. It sounds like a really exciting project and I'd love to be involved!
