I'm looking for a quality web developer who knows Wordpress and CSS inside out, to convert a PSD to a Wordpress theme. Only high quality, pixel perfect, standards compliant, cleanly coded layouts will be accepted. The site must also be cross browser compatible. The Project I'm seeking the attached image (I will supply the PSD to whom I award the project) to be converted into a fully functional Wordpress theme with the following features. -Fixed Position Navigation -Pop up "Get a Quote" button I would like both of these features to be styled similar to what can be seen here webprofits.com.au. NO GENERIC AUTOMATED REPLIES In order for me to take your bid seriously, please give examples of similar work you have complete and articulate how you plan to complete this project.
