Website Security / Malware Intrusion / Restore Offline Site with coding issue

We have several Wordpress sites that require timely help: 1. account was hacked and is offline, though we have access via Bluehost (BH), but need security program to reinstall, and assessment of security risks. Bluehost is pushing $300 software for single site, we are hoping to identify alternatives we can implement with our other sites as well. 2. In the process of deleting malware files as identified in BH scan it caused another site to go offline "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'execution' (T_STRING) in /home1/celebras/public_html/balidecorrental/[login to view URL] on line 216". This needs to be fixed to restore site. 3. Need security assessment of various sites and introduction of malware program. 4. Require some work on various sites that have problems with plug-ins et al.
