Hi, 1. Do you have a Firewall in your network ? If yes we can tighten the security measure there . If not it would good if we can setup a Firewall, preferably Pfsense where we can do IDS and IPS 2. If No Firewall device, we can use Windows server 2008 Firewall and restrict the external attacks by disabling all other ports other the required ones like HTTP, HHTPS and SQL 3. We can also implement URLScan, which can mitigate several kinds of attacks, such as a SQL injection attack others 4. I am working as a system administrator in both Linux and Windows platforms. I am managing 50 plus web servers for one of our clients and had faced hacking issue in website. Most of the time hacking attempts when the user's FTP password is compromised or server or system infected with Trojan or malware. Would you please let me know that this happened in all the websites you host in single Web server or it occurred only particular website? How you would give me remote access of the server to investigate the issue? As far as I know there is no such application available to get hacking notification all you need to investigate the issue in regular time frame.
