Code a Scrapy project for scraping a real estate website

So, first it would be to start with a state and enter all the data in a database. And then another part that can be a bit complex would be to update this data. For example, when a post is deleted, remove it from the database (for example by checking the URLs every X time for 404, if you know another method, tell me) and also for new posts (for example by checking in order of most recent and checking if the URL already exists in the database, if not, add the data of such *if you know another method, tell me*). It would probably also be necessary to use a Proxy API. As a bonus, I also want to be able to replicate this database to another one that is assigned to a Wordpress database. Then it would be necessary to find in which tables the information would have to be entered (without modifying what is already inside it).
