I will use Visual Basic 6.0 and combine it with Ms Access Database. The program will provide analysis per student and per class and all other classes. It will also display a photo and other personal details. Reports of each student performance can be printed after the marks are entered. The design will be very attractive. i have made several such projects in my student life during school and college as well. I will be able to do this project quickly and at a much cheaper rate than i have quoted as you have rated your project in that range so i had to bid at $250 but seriously this project can be done at much cheaper cost. :)
