Outlook Form Customisation

Very basic customisation to an Outlook form is needed. There are 3 changes that need to be made to the existing form. This should be a very quick job for someone with good vb knowledge. Here's the amendments; 1) When option 1 is selected option A and B are greyed out. If option 2 or 3 is selected then option A and B are avalible. 2) When a multiple option drop down box is selected in box 1. only certain objects in box 2 can be chosen. 3) A box that collates all the form field into a admin box for the admin to copy and paste. This should be a simple job and doesn't need anything extra or fancy. The winner will be able to show a customised Outlook form.
