I need a program made in VB.net 2010 or 2012. The program should be able to open a PDF file and display it on the screen (maximum archive size A3). The user must be able to place on the file on the screen up to 8 textboxs. To make it easier, keeping the CONTROL key must move the mouse vertically or horizontally on the same position. Then there must be two textbox, one for the starting number and one for the final number. And a checkbox (i tell you later what for). Then basically the program should print XX number of prints, the PDF with the variable numbers. More details will give the person who gets the job. You must submit the code, please easily and with comments please. Since then we have to adapt in other software. Thank you very much.
