Skilled Xhtml/HTML developer for Web Design

Very skilled Xhtml/HTML developer needed to redesign some pages (about 10 pages). Current code has simple PHP (like server side includes simple loops) - used purely to make it easier to develop the XHTML - so the user does not have to write things over and over again. We already have some ideas of what we want to do and therefore just need a developer to bring them to life. ? Also some of the general aesthetics of the site need to re-hashed so that they can look better. Amongst other things this is what we need done: 1.? ? ? ? ? ? Redesign of the home page ( We have an idea of what this should look like) 2.? ? ? ? ? ? Send to a friend ??" The ability to send a job that may interest a friend to an email address or “connection?? within the site. 3.? ? ? Buttons & Icons ??" Such as back, forward, with vibrant colours that will compliment the site.? ? ? 4.? Profile progress - Bar showing? completeness of profile.? 5. Improvements on candidates profiles.
