joomsef4 virtuemart not controlling meta titles, descriptions and keywords

joomsef4 virtuemart not controlling meta titles, descriptions and keywords, trying to do my own seo, simple setting issue most likely, also double title tags, also most pages start with productname, home page says home | retro office........ two or three times. I need complete control through Joomsef without messing uo the look of product pages. 20.00
