We are hiring for a full-time office assistant. We are looking for someone with a lot of grit; who is outgoing, charismatic, friendly, trustworthy, respectful, and enjoys learning. This is not a job you will become bored with as every day presents new opportunities and challenges. Some of the job duties that this job requires are the following: - Answer phone calls - Filing - Enter data and run errands - Assist with marketing & sales follow-up - Any other tasks required Job requirements: - Outgoing, friendly, customer-focused attitude - Internet savvy - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Polished phone & email manners - Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel - Some knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred - Ability to prioritize and multi-task work - Well organized - Punctual - Clean business casual appearance - Reliable transportation - Willingness to learn - You must be able to seek out answers and solutions; I cannot provide you with everything - Self-starter Casual business environment Vacation time available We are looking for someone with not only with the right skills but the right personality. This is a small business and we work very closely with one another.

I used to do both front office and back office, depending on the needing and this allowed me to have a good knowledge of business dynamics.
