Hi! I actually do this almost every day for work. For my current job, I make 30s - 1min promotional videos using motion graphics. I use mostly After EffectsPremiere Pro and Photoshop although I can also use Cinema 4D for a little bit of 3D graphics work. The example link that you provided is honestly a pretty easy make (I could each video in a few hours, I only said 10days in the bid to give myself space as I have to do it after work hours but I could probably do it in less than a week if you need). I'm charging relatively cheap given that realistically, given the video you showed and what you are looking for, this shouldn't be a $800 project really. Also I'm looking to get some recorded experience on this site. I can provide you a showreel if you need? Like I said, videos like this are my 9-5 and have been for the past 3 years.
