I am an experienced 3D character artist. It is is difficult to understand exactly what you are looking for with the project description. For the purposes of this proposal I will assume that you want a mid level character for animation purposes. I will create one character according to your concept art. This character will be completed with textures and in a T-pose for rigging by your Technical Artist. If your project requires something other than what I have proposed in this bid then the fee will be adjusted according to the changes that you specify.
