I'm a Realtor out of Missouri and I'm looking for someone who's got some skills woking with iMovie who can edit some video footage of my Home Listings. I've just completed my first one and I'm working towards an MTV Cribs style look for these if that makes sense? You can watch a sample episode of this show if you need a fresher [login to view URL] that's the look I'm looking for... I need someone who can take the raw footage that I have and really dress the stuff up. Here is a basic Trailer that I just created from the footage I have. I can send you all the other full length clips if you think you want to take this on. [login to view URL] While we try to keep the number of takes to a minimum there will be clips that will need to be tied together. Just a heads up.... I am a Top Producer in this market place and carry 30-40 listings at a time. Usually listing 10 new properties a month and closing on 10-12 a month. Video is something I want to start implementing more of EVERYWHERE in my business. My point is......This will be an ongoing job for you if it works out. Let me know what you think you can do with this.

Hello, how are you doing? I am interested in your project, I find it quite original :) I could accomplish what you need, but using Adobe Premiere, which I find to be better than iMovie. This shouldn't make a difference for you if you want just the final file and not the editing file. My actual rate would depend on the number of videos. How much are you willing to pay per video? Hi, I'm Michael Molinsky and I would love to help you get the look and feel you are after for your videos. I'm getting started on Freelancer but have done similar work like this for the library system where I'm employed as the media specialist. I've termed it an "Epic Trailer" look and feel, the sweeping shots, dramatic music and filters. If I were hired for this I would suggest maybe using Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere as opposed to iMovie for a little more creative freedom. I do have all three if you would prefer the project to be created in iMovie. The bad news: The trailer you made is horrible haha, no offense. Horror & epic music and desaturated colors don't go along with real estate. Real estate videos require a really good lighting and sometimes HDR effects. I suggest you look up Neumannfilms on Youtube on how to shoot real estate. Now the good news: I can make the most of your clips you have recorded.
