Video Editing - Adding powerpoint slides to video

I use Adobe Premiere for editing, been using it for the last 2 years, in the course of the last 11 years i used various other editing software as well. My download speed is 500Kbps, and my setup is a tri-core GPU @ 3.00 Ghz, not exactly top of the line, but it gets the work done.
