Hi, I went through the project description and also watched the video file. As I understand you have an existing VB6 application which needs to be converted to VB.Net. It would help to discuss further on this and understand more about this application. Moving from VB6 to VB.Net can take various routes (e.g. some organizations just want the conversion, which means they just want the converted code to compile in .Net so that they do not have to rely on VB6 any more, some other organizations want to rewrite VB6 to VB.Net as .Net has various capabilities which can be leveraged and also some of the inherent problems of existing VB6 application can be addressed as part of re-write. Some other queries are:- 1) Is the application using any 3rd party dlls or components? 2) Are there any external or internal interfaces with this application? 3) Is it possible to get the source code to understand the overall flow and interdependencies between various layers of the application. 4) It would help to get a copy of MS Access database to understand the current structure and tables Keen to discuss and work with you on this project.
