Feminine T-Shirt Designs

I am wanting to create a new brand of clothing. I currently own an ECommerce store doing custom apparel and other apparel. I buy all of my designs off of Etsy, which means thousands of other small business owners have these designs in their store as well. I am wanting to create a new brand similar to Simply Southern, Puppie Love, etc. Online these are referred to “Preppy Brand T-Shirts”. Although I live in Tennessee, I am not big on the whole southern design theme going (Jesus and Chicken nuggets) (Sweet Tea and Puppy Kisses) .. Those are just too cheesy for me. When I say similar, I love the style of the designs. When I see these designs I think: Fun, Bubbly Feminine Cute Cartoony I want my designs to mainly be vertical because they are going to be designs that go on the back of T-Shirts and then my business name will be on the front pocket. I want to work with someone who is willing to do a sketch and present it to me before finalizing. I have a pinterest board here and It looks like I keep falling into the Retro- Feminine- Earthy- vibes. I don’t want to have full on retro vibes, but I like the look. Inspo Here: [login to view URL] I want sayings like Simply Southern has, I love the relatable sayings. (Just not southern) My target audience right now is young females probably ages 18-30. I have a few ideas, but I won’t always have ideas so I would want to work alongside someone who could help me with ideas. I want everything to be an original and drawn out idea, not designs/clip art/images pulled from the internet. I would need to make sure nothing is in the designs that is trademarked or copyright.
