Really? Yes. We aren't joking. Please review our GetAFreelancer feedback. You will see that by paying providers in advance many of them have been delighted to work with us. This project doesn't have a fixed deliverable. Instead, once you have exhausted the $30 we have paid you, you'll submit a report to us. We keep reposting essentially the following advertisement on GetAFreelancer... "1 or 2 or 3 Full-Time Lisp Developers Needed (Lisp? Really? Yes. Lisp.) We will pay each developer $1500- $3000 for 200 hours per month. That is $7.50 to $15/hour." We want more software developers who live in Southeastern European and Moldova to apply for this job. Therefore, we plan to advertise on local job websites which software developers who live in Southeastern European and Moldova typically to view when they are looking for software development jobs. We imagine we might post ad advertisement on these local job websites saying, "Please view our job posting at GetAFreelancer called, '1 or 2 or 3 Full-Time Lisp Developers Needed (Lisp? Really? Yes. Lisp.) We will pay each developer $1500- $3000 for 200 hours per month. That is $7.50 to $15/hour.'" In other words, we are simply trying to drive more traffic to our advertisement on GetAFreelancer.
