3D/STL Design for Thermoform Game box Insert

I am looking for a designer to make 3D model for thermfold insert. The insert is for a board game - terraforming mars. The insert will be multiple pieces, all designed to fit within a 295mm x 295mm box (height of box will be determined by the insert. The insert will have 4 layers, each layer designed to be taken out of the box. Layer 1 - An opaque tray with clear cover that holds miniature terrain tiles. The cover has an inset to hold two game boards. Layer 2 – An opaque tray with clear cover that holds miniature terrain tiles Layer 3 – An opaque tray that holds five removable player cube holders, and two removable resource cube holders, has an inset to hold player boards and areas to hold game pieces and cards. Layer 4 – An opaque tray with areas to hold cards and game pieces. Attached pdf shows the top down design of Layers 3 & 4 – which is what I want to start with. Please review the documents, and provide a time frame to complete and costs for layers 3 & 4. Will start layers 1 & 2 once the other layers are completed.
