You want someone who "doesn't take themselves too seriously, but is serious about their work"? That is the most bass ackwards thing I've read on hear in a long time. I'm assuming you mean that you want to take advantage of someone who is going to put many MANY hours into a project where you guys come back and say "oh that looks neat, but could you do this instead?" or "thanks for the work, but we want to try doing this now." I like how you're so vague too, where you want ANYTHING. Anything at all. I really doubt that. I've worked with Nike/Starbucks/Hasboro and many other companies who all already have an idea of what they want before they start looking for someone or some company to develop their idea. Sorry for the rant, but I don't think animators get considered to be much of an artist on these job posts... I'm sure as a band you guys have never had that experience. Just keep in mind you get what you pay for. /rant
