Create an After Effects template for me! No stress, no strict deadline.

I need an After Effects template for my starting network called Boss Music. I could try and describe what i'd like but i think it'd be easier to present an example. Animation should be really small not a lot of work, maybe about 10 seconds or so? Whatever works best for you and the final product.
