I have Knowledge on working with tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, SoapUI and Postman. I am well versed in SDLC, STLC and Bug life cycle patterns. Understanding software requirement specification and identifying the required test scenarios, test case designing and Executing test cases to test the application functionality against the requirement manually. I chose software testing because as a hotelier its important for me to ensure quality in services we provide which includes food, system, inventory, etc. This helped in exploring the IT industry and different life cycles of software management. After some consultation from career experts, I decided to pursue my career in software testing as my skills are more relevant to the role.
