We are hiring wellness coaches across India. Our Wellness Coaches will work with our clients telephonically and assist in achieving and/or maintaining optimal health through education, guidance, and coaching. We are seeking committed individuals who have a passion for helping others lead healthy lifestyles. The Wellness Coach will be expected to use motivational interviewing techniques to promote behavior change with participants.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide telephonic outreach and coaching to participants based on the established risk level parameters of each client
• Work with participants to establish health and lifestyle related goals and develop measurable action plans for change
• Maintain client database including loading of HRA data, tracking call attempts and outreach mailings, documenting call notes and updating goal status
• Create and distribute coaching support materials including outreach letters, educational materials and targeted health mailers
• Work with internal teams to respond to customer concerns regarding service issues
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s or Masters degree in health/ nutrition/ fitness / psychology / counselling
3-5 yrs experience with lifestyle coaching for weight management, tobacco cessation, nutrition, physical activity and/or stress management
Experience in facilitating patient/client positive behavioural change
Demonstrated ability to communicate, problem solve, and work effectively with people, use good judgment in challenging situations
Background in motivational interviewing, active listening skills, Transtheoretical Model (TTM), and other evidence-based coaching techniques
Excellent customer service skills
