Set Phone Appointments for Real Estate Agent Recruiting

Real estate brokerage looking for an experienced appointment setter for recruiting new agents to begin immediately. We are looking for someone to call real estate agents to setup PHONE appointments to speak with us. This is much easier than in person appointment setting. You should be able to manually dial 20-25 agents per hour and set 2-3 appointments per hour. We will pay a commission of $50 for every agent who signs up with us. We currently sign up 1 out of every 3 agents we speak to. Average income should be: 2.5 appointments / hour on a 4 hour shift = 10 appointments per day 5 days a week = 50 appointments per week 50 appointments * 33% = 16.5 agents signed up 16.5 * $50 = $825 20 hours per week $825 / 20 = $41.25 / hr We will provide a link to verify names of people you have sent us to ensure you are being paid for all of your signups.
