I speak English and Portuguese fluently. I worked for RCI South Africa (the head office is in Indianapolis, USA) before as an international travel consultant, and I have worked as a call scorer for Vacation Rental Pros (they are based in Florida, USA). Working in the travel industry afforded me the opportunity to deal with clientele from all over the world - especially North America, China and Europe. I have inbound, outbound and internet customer care experience.
